Also, where you changed includes from file="nav.php" or file="footer.cgi" to /tur/nav.php and /tur/footer.cgi, undo those (not in subdirs, only root language directory), its unnecessary…

I think it would be best to, in translations.php, only say "Turkish" instead of "Turkey Turkish", because that seems redundant.
